Your news… your ECN!

Written by You, Produced by Tom & Jan Low and Mary Gribble.

Dear Readers,

Hello again – hard to believe that autumn really is upon us now!
With this season comes many delights, not the least of which is the abundance of fruit – and especially apples . Do drop in on the Apple Day at OHMG and bag some juice! Before that you will have a chance to bag a bargain at the autumn Yard Trail – time to have a good de-clutter before Christmas starts to make its demands upon our energies and our storage space. And with that thought in mind, perhaps you or your group would like to enter in the Christmas tree festival?

There is plenty going on in and around Eastington for all ages – you might enjoy the Pamper Evening run by the Playgroup or, if you are a long-term resident, you might like to think about sharing some memories at the Reunion gathering, which has been a great success in the past .

As always, there are plenty of opportunities for you to become more involved with the community. Both the Village Hall and the Community Centre would welcome your help, or you might like to think about standing for election to the parish (or even district) council.

See details of all up-coming events on the ‘what’s On’ section at whatson.eastington.website

We hope you enjoy this edition of your ECN.
