Welcome to ECN

Eastington Community News is the Community Magazine for the Parish of Eastington in Goucestershire.

It is produced and distributed free to every home in the parish, thanks to an army of dedicated volunteers and our supportive local businesses.

Welcome to our new format website.  We hope you enjoy the Feb/March Issue

In keeping with the printed magazine, articles are presented in a non-specific sequence which will vary from time to time. You can zip through excerpts for a whole issue, step through the whole magazine by using the links at the bottom of each article,  or choose articles by subject from the side menu.  Choosing from the category menu will allow you to look back at previous articles on the same subject as well as the current one.

For easiest use, please make your  screen window wide enough to allow the side bar menu to show. On a narrow screen/mobile etc the ‘side’ menu will be at the bottom of the page and is accessed more easily from single articles.

Please support us by making use of our Blue Pages local trades and services directory and   telling our advertisers that you saw them in ECN.    ** Please take a moment to  write a short recommendation where you have had good service, Thank you. **

Keep up to date with the latest events, public meetings etc on our What’s on pages.  (contributions welcome at any time)

To access older issues (pre December 2017) ,  our original Local History archive and original gallery pages go to our  ‘Goodies‘ page.  This also has many other useful links.

Please let me know of any glitches!

Your current production team are Mary Gribble and Jan & Tom Low.
