The re-organisation of the library has continued since we were able to re-open in March.
As available space is limited generally, the collection is restricted to novels and biographies only.
Fresh titles are added every few months, listed and displayed on a separate bookshelf, and 43 novels have recently been added for September.
Space for hardback books is confined but recent publications prior to them coming out in paperback are welcomed. The height of the shelves means that the main collection is in paperback form and, if you have finished with relatively new novels which others might well enjoy, please place them in the ‘returned books’ basket so that they can be added to the next list of fresh titles.
Please be selective rather than depositing full carrier bags de-cluttering your own shelves!
There is a suggested donation towards Church funds to borrow or purchase books, at 25p and 50p respectively.
