We enjoyed a fabulous walk in February with a huge turnout of over 30 people and children. We had heard that Frampton fields were water logged and so decided to take a route up behind the Badger and on to Cress Green. From here we walked to the school and continued along that well trodden path to the Ocean and Saint Cyrs Church. Down past the weir and beyond to the sewage plant. Back we came to our beloved Badger once more for a hearty bevvy and a sit down round the fire.
The photos here show our March walk where despite the deep snow and rather bracing easterly winds we did manage to enjoy ourselves! We all concluded that it was worth it! Huge thanks go to the ‘Snow Patrol’ (you know who you are).
Our next walk will be Sunday 15th April meeting as usual 1pm pronto at The Badger. Who knows where we will end up?!
